Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the time your order ships.

Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders within India.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Return Window: We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

How to Return: Contact us at hello@sora.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that show signs of wear, have been customized, or are outside the 30-day window cannot be returned.
